A Tsujita Artisan Noodle X Umamusume Collab Starts November 12

Tsujita Artisan Noodle has announced a collaboration with the Umamusume: Pretty Derby franchise. The Tsujita Artisan Noodle x Umamusume collab runs from November 12 to December 20 at the restaurant’s Houston, Fort Lee, and Downtown Los Angeles locations. Participating restaurants will offer anime-inspired menu items, limited-edition merchandise, and free goodies.

Tsujita Artisan Noodle x Umamusume merchandise will be available. Merch will be limited to two items per person and only available in store. Customers will receive a free coaster.

The event’s menu includes:

• Cheerful Carrot & Strawberry Float — A sweet drink made with strawberry ice cream, carrots, and mango, topped with strawberry jam and a carrot-shaped ribbon. Its colors are an ode to Haru Urara.
• Sweet & Spicy Purple Bun Set — Home-style pork chashu and fried chicken buns topped with cabbage slaw. The dish honors Rice Shower, who prefers bread over rice for breakfast.
• Upside-Down Fried Chicken Bowl — Made for Umamusume‘s mighty eater, Oguri Cap, this bowl features home-style fried chicken, sweet corn, green onions, and savory sauce over an extra-large serving of rice.
• Golden Spicy Cheese Miso Ramen (available November 12 to 30) — A spicy miso ramen honoring Special Week and her Hokkaido roots. It’s topped with a carrot-shaped garnish, pork chashu, grilled corn, seasoned egg, melted cheese, and menma (fermented bamboo).
• Majestic Cajun Seafood Tsukemen (available December 1 to 20) — A Cajun-style seafood and pork broth with mussels, shrimp, corn, sausage, bell peppers, lime, and spices. The dish honors Fine Motion, Umamusume‘s Irish ramen lover.

The Tsujita Artisan Noodle x Umamusume collab is the restaurant’s latest anime collaboration. Previous collaborations have featured Genshin Impact, Captain Tsubasa, and BLEACH.
